We were chuffed to bits when the Nottingham Post decided to do a feature story on the success of Simon Nicholas Associates.
We know we work hard and have come along way since Simon and Vicky Pearce initially set up the business in their semi-converted loft seven years ago. The recruitment consultancy has survived a tough recession period, taken on two apprentices and the business has steadily grown to what it is today; with six team members and over 120 construction professionals and trades out working with construction contractors throughout the UK.
But when local press recognise what we have achieved and publish an article in The Business, it really sinks in, that we really are doing our job well.
Where our story differs to that of many other agencies is that Simon Nicholas Associates focuses on providing a much more personal around the clock service to both our clients and our candidates. We choose to work with less clients so that we can do more business with those clients giving them more of our time.
Our business is all about the people! We’re genuinely interested in and care about the people we work with. We understand that candidate experience is more important than ever and will give you a damn fine one.
