At present we are approximately a couple of months ahead of program.

My role at the beginning was to assist the project manager with day to day routine from conception to present day. We achieved the piled foundations along with the ground beams and pile caps and the erection of all steel frames, the building has been Clad with SFS and boarded on all sides with the inclusion of the roof covering, windows installed, screened floors, internal portions and boarded, fire cladding and casting of the ground floors.

A second site manager has been appointed to look after the internal portion of works with myself concentrating on the external portion of the works. My role is the day to day running of the works and to advise the pm on progress, health and safety issues, resolve technical discrepancies that occur with Desgin and advise on follow on trades. During an annual leave by the pm, I carried out his role along with my own duties.
