Founded in 2014, Intium Construction has quickly grown into an established and respected construction company, recognised for completing work on time and on budget.

From refurbishing multiple care homes across the UK, for clients such as Leonard Cheshire Disability, to building landmark sites, including the new retail units at Trentham Shopping Village and the new leisure facility at BET365 in Stoke-on-Trent, Intium Construction is relied on to deliver innovative projects across the country.

AN EXPERIENCED AND EFFICIENT TEAM

Owners Andrew Slaney and Michael Fitzjohn both have over 30 years’ experience in the industry. And employ a tightknit team, dedicated to giving all clients the best possible result. Intium Construction is CHAS accredited and has its own commercial team, as well as Project and Site Managers, who are all First Aid and SMSTS trained and who manage projects from start to finish.

We have developed excellent working relationships with an extensive supply chain, including the likes of Jewson, Arnold Laver and Howdens. And over the last 30 years, we have formed a large bank of tried and trusted sub-contractors.
