Established in 2001, Winvic is a multidisciplinary main contractor with a solid reputation spanning many sectors and a passion for the latest technologies.

We’re growing year-on-year due to the trust and rapport we build with our stakeholders, including funds, developers, end-users, consultants and subcontractors. We’re also dedicated to fostering long term relationships with our employees.

Our open approach to schemes of any size allows us to be flexible and we are recognised for adapting quickly if requirements change. We have an enviable record of project delivery; we surpass expectations and are committed to delivering an ever improving quality of service and product, responsibly, ethically and safely. OUR STORY

Winvic is a privately owned company and was formed in 2001 by Simon Girardier, Simon Hunt and Dave Ward. The business started with just seven employees and its first projects were Swan Valley and Brackmills in Northampton.

The company vision Winvic has today might not have been presented in the same way all those years ago, but the values were the same on day one, and born from this is The Winvic Way. Simon Girardier, Simon Hunt and Dave Ward remain Directors, but today Winvic has fourteen people on the leadership team, over 500 employees, plus freelance staff. The Construction Board comprises eleven people and the Group Board four.

In 2006, Winvic designed, constructed and moved into its current premises on Moulton Park in Northampton. Ideally located in a central East Midlands position we have grown year on year and gained momentum in various sectors. Winvic is widely known as the UK’s leading ‘shed specialist’, but we are now also regarded as an authority in specialist sustainable builds, privately rented sector projects, student accommodation and retail and leisure schemes, to name a few.
